Live WITH diabetes, not FOR diabetes.

Me, Change?

Me, Change?

Do you need to make changes in your life? Can you change your lifestyle so that you can live a healthier and longer life?

When the doctor told you that you or a loved one had diabetes of any type, you knew then, that change had to come.

Diabetes requires a radical change in your lifestyle, not just your diet but your whole mind, body & spirit in order to survive. (Let's face it, If you don't control your diabetes, it will control you & then, destroy you)

Friends relatives and colleagues are important. There should be many people in your own circle who can provide guidance with the changes you seek. If nothing else, they can provide moral support and encouragement.

I have a friend who recently was diagnosed with Diabetes.  He fought it at every turn. His sugar was up one day and down the next.

I kept telling him to relax and follow the directions that the doctor gave him. I tried to give him a few hints, based upon my experiences and at the same time, reinforce what the doctor and dietician had told him.  I directed him to my Website to use as he sees fit.

When he finally, started to realize what diabetes is and how you can live with it, he became more and more able to accept and work WITH Diabetes and not FOR Diabetes.

He finally realized that he had to adjust his whole lifestyle, after much, much trial and error, trying to live his old lifestyle a the same time. He realized that he had to make some changes in his lifestyle.  I reminded him that there was good change and bad change.  I cautioned him to choose wisely.

Now he is at peace WITH diabetes because he has trained himself to live WITH diabetes and not FOR diabetes.

He finally accepted the diabetic lifestyle he had to follow.  He merged his old lifestyle, as best he could, with his new diabetic lifestyle and finally told me, “I Can Live With This!”.

Always remember that, no matter how difficult it seems, there is someone in worst shape than you are. Remember that whatever your situation is, “It Could Be Worst”.

This website represents some of the changes you may have to make in your lifestyle, in order to live. Stay with us.
